The “AAJ ENGINEERS AND CONSULTANTS PVT. LTD.” was founded in 2002 and is providing client centered structural engineering services. We provide structural engineering services throughout India and have established ourselves as a leader in retrofits, residential, commercial and Industrial development.
The firm understands that a successful project integrates the design and construction requirements into a whole. By soliciting the input of the construction team during the earliest stages of the planning process, our design will complete the project with less cost and schedule changes. Our Expertise
Our analysis is based on 3-Dimensional structural modeling using structural analysis program. 3-Dimensional structural space frame is modeled for accurate and optimized structural out put which in turn helps in getting safe and economical structure design. Depending upon the type of structure, we apply various forces such as live loads, earthquake loads, torsional analysis, wind load, thermal load and vibrations or dynamic loading if any on structure.
For above loads various combinations are tested and the critical load combination is considered for design purpose. In design we adopt Limit State Method as per relevant IS Codes. For drafting and detailing we use AUTO CAD 2007.

Aman Kumar Singh

With over 22 years of experience in structural design and execution, Mr. Aman Kumar Singh co-founded AAJ Engineers in 2002 and has since led the successful completion of more than 3,000 structural projects across India. A postgraduate in Structural Engineering, his technical direction has helped AAJ deliver 1,500+ residential structures, 150+ government projects, and large-scale commercial and industrial developments.
Mr. Singh is the driving force behind the firm’s rigorous engineering methodology—leveraging 3D space frame analysis and structural simulations that consider wind, seismic, thermal, torsional, and vibration loads. He ensures each project adheres to IS Codes and uses the Limit State Method to strike the perfect balance between safety, economy, and design integrity.
He remains actively involved in every stage of project development—from planning to execution—ensuring cost control, technical soundness, and timely delivery. Under his leadership, AAJ Engineers has become a trusted name in structural retrofits, modern developments, and complex multi-story projects across diverse geographies.
Ashish Shiwarkar

Mr. Ashish Shiwarkar brings a rare blend of engineering expertise and client-focused design thinking, refined over two decades of hands-on experience. As co-founder and Director, he has personally overseen the structural planning and detailing of over 3,000 projects, including government, residential, commercial, and industrial structures throughout India.
An expert in structural behavior and force interactions, Mr. Shiwarkar leads the application of advanced modeling tools such as AutoCAD and 3D structural analysis software, enabling AAJ Engineers to test and optimize multiple force combinations—including earthquake loads, wind loads, and dynamic forces. His goal: ensure maximum design safety while maintaining material and cost efficiency.
Known for his meticulous approach and onsite presence, Mr. Shiwarkar emphasizes smooth coordination between stakeholders—clients, contractors, and consultants. His role ensures that every structure not only meets but exceeds safety norms while staying within budget and timeline.
